HOW TO USE
Push the pump 2-3 times to dispense foam into the palm of hand and gently smooth over the skin to cleanse. Rinse thoroughly. Can be used as a makeup remover. For hard-to-remove makeup, use on dry face using dry hands. (For waterproof mascara, an eye makeup remover is recommended.)
