Account Payment Options

To make it as easy as possible to manage your Ballantynes Account Card, there are a number of payment options available.

You can check your account balance, view your account statements and make your account payment via our website (www.ballantynes.co.nz). Paying via our website allows you pay your account by credit card or debit card. We’ve created this video to show you how to use the website payment portal.

 

Internet Banking

You can make your account payment using your bank’s app or website. We’ve created a step-by-step guide here that might help. Following is all the information you need to setup your payments.

You can set Ballantynes up as a regular payee, by searching for 'Ballantynes' and completing the signup – you will only need to do this once, making future payments quick and easy.

 

Direct Debit

Convenient and easy - the direct debit facility helps to ensure you never miss a payment by setting up automatic monthly payments to your Ballantynes account from your savings or cheque account.
