Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a complimentary service that you can select when you order online or over the phone.

You can collect your order from Customer Service, lower ground floor in Ballantynes Christchurch, once you have received the “ready to collect” email, which is usually sent within 24 hours.

Yes, unless marked "Check Availability Instore."
From the Customer Services counter, Lower Ground Floor, Ballantynes Christchurch, during business hours. Unfortunately we do not offer Click & Collect from our Timaru or Airport stores at the moment.
Once you have received a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is ready to pickup during store hours. Please wait for this email before you come in to collect your order, to avoid disappointment.
Bring your 'Ready to Collect' email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone - and proceed to Customer Services, Lower Ground Floor, Ballantynes Christchurch. Unfortunately, Click & Collect is not available from our Timaru or Airport stores.
Your order will be available for 7 days after the 'Ready to Collect' email has been sent. If not collected within the 7 days, you will be contacted and if not reachable or the goods are no longer required, the order will be cancelled, refunded and returned to stock.
Yes - they will need to show a copy of your 'Ready to Collect' email, either printed or displayed on a phone.
