Our Click and Collect service offers you all the comfort of shopping from anywhere at any time, to ensure you don't miss out on that must-have item. This service is also available to customers that prefer to complete their orders over the phone. 

Best of all this service is free, to ensure you don't pay more for shopping online.

We ask that you please wait until you've received your pick-up confirmation before coming to the store to collect your order.  



Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email from us, letting you know that your purchase is able to be collected – this will usually be within 48/72 hours of purchase.
To collect your items, visit our Customer Service team located on the lower ground floor in our Ballantynes Christchurch store during store hours. Currently our Click and Collect service is only available for collection at our Christchurch store.
To make the collection process quick and easy for you, we ask that you please bring your 'Ready to Collect' email, which can be printed or displayed on your phone.
Yes – they will just need to bring your 'Ready to Collect' email, which can be printed or displayed on their phone.
Once you have received your ‘Ready to Collect’ email, your item will be available for collection for seven days. If you have not been able to collect your items during this time, our customer service team will do their best to contact you – so please check your contact details carefully when completing a purchase. If you are unable to be reached, or the goods are no longer required, the order will be cancelled, refunded and returned to the store. If you are unable to make the collection timeframe for whatever reason, please contact our customer service team to see how we can find an alternative collection or delivery option.
Our Click and Collect service is an option on most items – unless the item is marked ‘check availability in-store’. In this instance, you are welcome to contact our customer service team to check availability for you. If an item is found to be out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative item or a refund.
Once you have received a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is ready to pickup during store hours. Please wait for this email before you come in to collect your order, to avoid disappointment.
Items purchased through our Click and Collect service are able to be gift-wrapped – simply select this option at checkout or when purchasing your items over the phone with our Customer Services team.
If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible to discuss possible options.
