Courier Delivery

New Zealand Standard Delivery - $5 within the Christchurch Delivery Area and $10 Nationwide

  • Hampers $10 for the first and second hamper, and $5 for subsequent hampers to the same address
  • Orders are delivered by NZ Couriers and CourierPost and are trackable
  • No delivery on weekends or public holidays
  • Signature Required is free and can be requested at time of ordering
  • Orders that include flammable goods (eg perfume) for delivery to the North Island are ground-delivery only and may take 2-3 days longer

All items noted as 'Large Freight Items', are subject to specialised freight charges that will be quoted by our Customer Services team before finalising your transaction.



International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery through the website, please contact Customer Services to arrange international delivery for your order.



Returns & Exchanges

We understand that when you buy online or from a catalogue you may be unsure about the product as you haven't had the opportunity to hold or examine it. That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a refund for a product that you're not completely satisfied with.

If you wish to make a return, please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition. We request that the return is made within a reasonable period of time (usually 1 month) from the date of purchase. We will then replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

If you are sending your parcel back to us, please re-use the original packaging and attach the pre-printed label that was included with your order. Alternatively, you can return the product to Customer Services in our Ballantynes Christchurch or Timaru stores. We do ask that you provide 'proof of purchase', which may be an order receipt, an instore sales docket or a gift exchange card.

Your Order Receipt includes further instructions that help us to process your return faster.

Unfortunately we cannot accept Sale items or products purchased from the Pantry (including hampers) for return unless they have been received in an unsatisfactory condition by you.

If you are returning an item for exchange or you have received a product that is faulty or incorrect, you will not be charged delivery on your reorder.
