What It Is

How it works
- Sharply tapered, narrow head and super-fine, firm bristles created to apply the ideal amount of liner.
- When dampened, the brush can be used to apply eye shadow as liner for a bolder look.
How to use
When applying a gel liner, dip point of brush in jar and use short, smooth strokes to line lids close to base of lashes for subtle definition. To double line, draw a second line close to the original line. When applying a powder shadow, wet brush and make an "x" in the eye shadow to pick up color.
