Naturally Decaffeinated Using Sugar Cane
Our Colombian Popayán decaf is processed using a gentle, natural method derived from sugar cane. Green coffee beans are steamed, then washed with spring water and sugar-cane ethyl acetate to remove caffeine while preserving their natural sweetness and flavour. The beans are then carefully dried back to their original state, resulting in a decaf coffee that retains the distinctive character of its origin.
