Huia Chardonnay 750ml
Crafted from 100% organic Chardonnay grapes, this wine is a pure expression of its terroir. Sourced from the Huia home block and handpicked on March 18th, the fruit was gently crushed, destemmed, and naturally settled before fermenting in French oak with organic yeast. Aged for 11 months in barrel, with natural malolactic fermentation, it was bottled with minimal intervention to preserve its vibrant character.
Golden and bright in the glass, it unfolds with layers of grilled grapefruit, honeydew melon, fresh figs, and roasted chestnuts. A softly textured palate is lifted by mouthwatering acidity, finishing long with hints of elderflower, chamomile, and warm spice. Elegant, complex, and beautifully balanced.
