Canterbury artist and tutor, Mike Glover, has been exhibiting his work since the early 1990s. He lives and works from his home and studio near Springston, south of Christchurch, close to Te Waihora/Lake Ellesmere. Using soft pastels as his main medium, his imagery has a distinctively soft yet vivid look. The lands, skies and waters of Aotearoa are celebrated in his paintings, often from a perspective that imparts a sense of space. Mike's artwork also conveys a connection and concern for the environment and the legacy we hand down to our children. 9 x 6.5cm gift card.
