How to Make Coffee

• Pour room-temperature water into the Moka boiler up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level.
• Use Moka-ground coffee and generously fill the funnel without pressing the coffee.
• Place the coffee maker on the heat source. If using a flame, ensure it does not extend beyond the base of the coffee maker. When using an induction, electric or ceramic hob, do not use the maximum heat setting.
• Turn off the heat once the coffee has completely percolated into the collector.
• For the best aroma and flavour, drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.

Cleaning Instructions

• Rinse with water only after each use.
• Do not use detergents or abrasive materials.
• Do not wash in the dishwasher, as this may damage the product and alter the taste of the coffee.
