How to Make Coffee

• Pour room-temperature water into the Moka boiler up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level.
• Use Moka-ground coffee and generously fill the funnel without pressing the coffee.
• Brew over low heat and remove from the heat once the coffee has completely percolated into the collector.
• For the best aroma and flavour, drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
