Welcome to the wonderful world of Tangleby Gardens where a passion for cooking and baking has evolved into my 8th book all about beautiful baking. There is something very special and satisfying about baking. It brings family and friends together over a morning or afternoon tea. Special occasion layer cakes are always a crowd pleaser as well as a stunning chocolate explosion such as my Tiramisu brownie or my double chocolate cream puffs.
