Designed in Denmark, the Coppernox series from Scanpan showcases a gleaming stainless body with sleek cast stainless handles with stay cool, soft touch silicone inserts. The base is impact bonded, with a stunning band of copper infused to it, ensuring rapid and even heat distribution. It is made from five layers of impact-bonded fused metals – stainless steel interior, then a layer of pure aluminium, a copper core, a further layer of pure aluminium and a stainless steel exterior.
Coppernox is suitable for all heat sources including induction and also oven safe to 220°C.
