• Before first use remove all packaging, then wash gently in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly
• Make sure to remove all labels.
• Always use oven gloves when handling hot cookware.
• When using under the grill, allow a minimum clearance of 6.5 cm (2½ inches) between the heat source and the top of the dish.
• Avoid placing a frozen dish into a preheated oven. Instead, place it into a cold oven, set the temperature and allow both to heat gradually together. Before serving, ensure food is heated evenly and thoroughly.
• When reheating a dish at room temperature, do not preheat the oven above 205°C (400°F).
• When adding liquid while cooking, remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before doing so.
• Allow the product to cool completely before cleaning.
• Remove any food residue from the base and sides. For stubborn deposits, fill with warm soapy water and allow to soak for 15–20 minutes before washing.
• Wash and dry by hand or place in the dishwasher for a full cycle.
