Care Instructions

• Remove all labels and packaging before washing.
• Hand wash in warm, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
• For first time frying, lightly coat the base and inner walls with vegetable or corn oil, warm gently, then wipe clean once cool.
• Always use oven gloves when handling hot cookware.
• Use silicone, wooden or heat-resistant tools.
• Match the saucepan to the right sized hob for even heating and to protect handles and sides—especially important on induction.
• Cook on medium or low heat for the best results; allow the pan to heat gradually.
• Use high heat only briefly, then reduce once the desired temperature is reached.
• Avoid the induction ‘boost’ function unless rapidly heating large amounts of water.
• For fat free cooking, preheat on medium for 2 minutes.
• Never overheat or leave the pan unattended on high heat.
