Brewed from locally sourced malts, fermented with US05 and generously hopped with Idaho 7, Citra and Simcoe. The hop profile is full of grapefruit, passionfruit, with hints of pineapple, peach and mango, finishing with the spiny backbone of resinous pine. It has a full balanced mouthfeel, accompanied by ample bitterness to compliment its thirst quenching finish. The beer that fills the pause - and lands every time.
