Our house hazy IPA is the quintessential form of the modern craft favourite. First brewed waaay back in 2018 and refined over the years to stay in tune with new hops and yeasts and always at the cutting edge of the style. Like your bad fitting goggles on a powder day this beer is foggy in the glass to look at due to the big dose of Aussie and American hops.
Driven by our new favourite hop in recent months HBC 586. This is an experimental variety from the US that delivers classic punchy tropical fruits and a hint of herbal complexity. Backed up with Citra for the orange zest balance and some galaxy hops for depth. The beer is smooth and full bodied with minimal bitterness and a lasting deliciousness.
