Chicken Tikka Masala - one of India’s most popular curries! My ‘TIKKA MASALA’ is a delicious alternative to butter chicken - with no sugar, no nuts. This curry is richer, more complex flavours, with a balance of spices like coriander, cumin, and garam masala. It is creamy with sweetness from crushed tomatoes and fresh cream. My ‘in-house’ critics have rated my Tikka Masala as “delicious, so authentic, better than any takeaway with so much flavour”.
Serve with garlic naan or rice with a yogurt raita on the side.
