The classic Buckingham® recipe with the cherries replaced by apricots and orange oil, enhanced with a very generous pinch of spices.
Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous apricots, tangy orange and lemon peel, orange oil and plenty of spices: cinnamon, coriander, ginger, allspice, nutmeg and cloves. Deliciously rich, dark, moist and spicy. The apricots add an extra special taste; the orange oil and orange peel give a citrus zing! But not too strong, still allowing the full flavour of the vine fruits to come through.
