Yes you can. If you would like the courier to get a signature from the recipient of your order, please request this. If ordering via the web, just tick the 'Signature Required' box at the bottom of the Your Details page. If ordering over the phone, ask our Customer Service staff to do this.



Your online order can be returned via courier to us or in person at Customer Services, Ballantynes Christchurch. Please refer to your order receipt for more information.
