Can I ship to an overseas address?
Yes you can. However this is not available through the website - please contact Customer Services to arrange.
Can I request 'Signature Required' when my order is delivered by courier?
Yes you can. If you would like the courier to get a signature from the recipient of your order, please request this. If ordering via the web, just tick the 'Signature Required' box at the bottom of the Your Details page. If ordering over the phone, ask our Customer Service staff to do this.

How do I make a return ?
Your online order can be returned via courier to us or in person at Customer Services, Ballantynes Christchurch.
