Wild-foraged botanicals from Totaranui in New Zealand’s Abel Tasman National Park are steeped three times to create this nuanced, dry gin. Subtle notes of white honey from summer lilac nectar sit alongside the savoury umami of karengo seaweed, balanced with bright grapefruit and native botanicals including rimu, tarata and yarrow. The result is a layered, golden-toned gin that reflects forest, shoreline and sunshine in every sip.
