- Recommended to use as a 30 night treatment (instead of Toner or Serum), skin cell cycle is around 30 days.
- Recommended particuarly for those new to Dr.Hauschka and therefore in transition off using conventional night creams.
- Also for the two most transitional seasons of the year, autumn and spring. Rule of thumb is use a one month treatment for each decade of life; ie if 30 use 3 times per year.
