How To Use It

• Use the doe-foot applicator to apply Glimmer Liquid Shadow™ directly onto your lids.
• Blend using your finger in a patting motion, or use an eye makeup brush in a windshield-like motion.
• Apply one layer for a soft wash of color. Apply additional layers for a higher impact look, allowing the color to dry completely between swipes.
