Women in Fashion Panel | Friday, 26th September [Sold Out]
Join us for an inspiring evening of fashion and conversation at the Women in Fashion Panel, a celebration of creativity, leadership and style.
This exclusive event brings together four of New Zealand’s most influential fashion voices:
- Karen Walker – Iconic designer
- Kathryn Wilson – Renowned footwear designer
- Jessie Wong – Founder of Yu Mei
- Lou Heller – Stylist and fashion educator
Hosted by Ballantynes Womenswear Buyer, Sally Spackman, the evening will feature a live panel discussion.

The Perfect Fit Event with Triumph's Sue McKeown
We believe that every woman deserves to have a perfectly fitting bra. No digging in. No slipping straps. No leaving marks. Just pure comfort.
You are invited to join Triumph Fitting Expert, Sue McKeown, for a personalised fitting appointment Wednesday September 24th or Thursday September 25th 2025.
Trained as a coursetier, with over 20 years of experience, Sue will guide you through finding the right style to suit your needs and shape, share fitting tips and answer all your bra and fit-related questions. What’s more, purchase any two Triumph bras for only $99 during the fitting event.
Bookings are essential, a $30 booking fee is required to secure your appointment but is fully redeemable on Triumph product purchased at the time of your booking.
School Holiday Workshop: Mermaid Crafts with Ariel
Join us for a magical school holiday workshop with everyone’s favorite mermaid, Ariel! Children will get to create their very own mermaid or merman craft, decorating with shells, sand, paint pens, and flowing hair to make it truly magical.
After the craft fun, little ones will meet Ariel in person, complete with her mermaid tail! They’ll enjoy a one-on-one meet & greet, pose for photos, and receive a special treasure directly from Ariel herself, tucked inside their very own treasure chest. A truly enchanting experience that combines creativity, imagination, and a sprinkle of under-the-sea magic!

School Holiday Workshop: Learn to Tie Dye!
As part of Fashion Week, Ballantynes invites your budding fashionista to step into the world of high style with a hands-on tie-dye workshop. In this creative session, children (ages 5+) will design their very own luxurious silk scarf and a stylish pencil case, learning a fun and accessible tie-dye technique that’s both educational and fun.
Each child will leave with two bespoke designer pieces to treasure, showing off their unique flair and creativity. A perfect way to nurture imagination and introduce little ones to the art of fashion design in the elegance of Ballantynes.
