Tip: To speed up your checkout process, visit your account page, scroll down to the Address Book and fill in your details – you will be able to choose your pre-filled address for ease of checkout on the big day.  
  • Check Your Cart: Black Friday is a very exciting time, and we know how eager you are to shop up a storm! Due to the large number of orders we receive, we are unable to make amendments or returns to orders. Tip: It’s worth double-checking your size and quantity on items before checking out.  
  • Let Curiosity Lead: With over +26,000 items on our website, it can get overwhelming! 
  • Free Delivery? Yes, Please: Spend $150 or more and we’ll cover the shipping! We know how eager you are to open your new purchases, but please note with the volume of orders we receive there will be a slight delay in dispatching items.

Getting There: Where to Park  

  • Christchurch: Lichfield Street and The Crossing carparks offer quick access. Tip: Park in Lichfield and take the yellow lift to take you straight into the store.  
  • Timaru: If our carpark is full, off-street parking is available along Canon and Stafford Streets.  
  • Invercargill: Use the Invercargill Central multi-level carpark via Tay Street for a seamless arrival.   

How to Shop Black Friday In-store

  • Dress for Efficiency: Skip the tricky fastenings and opt for easy-on, easy-off outfits to streamline your fitting room time.   
  • Choose Smart Footwear: Opt for comfortable sneakers or low-heeled boots, essential for a day of browsing.    
  • Refuel and Refresh: A strong coffee and some good food can help boost mid-shopping morale. In Christchurch, visit Kin Café (next to Homewares) or The Tea Rooms on the Lower Ground floor. In Timaru, JB’s Café is perfect for a pick-me-up.
