Your order can be delivered anywhere in New Zealand by courier for a flat fee.

New Zealand Delivery - $5 within the Christchurch Delivery Area and $10 Nationwide

  • * Orders are delivered by NZ Couriers and CourierPost and are trackable
  • * Signature Required is free and can be requested at time of ordering
  • * Orders that include flammable goods (eg perfume) for delivery to the North Island are ground-delivery only and may take 2-3 days longer

Click & Collect is a complimentary service that you can select when you order online or over the phone.

You can collect your order from Customer Service, lower ground floor in Ballantynes Christchurch, once you have received the “ready to collect” email, which is usually sent within 24 hours.

  • Where can I pickup my Click & Collect order?
  • From the Customer Services counter, Lower Ground Floor, Ballantynes Christchurch, during store hours.
    Unfortunately we do not offer Click & Collect from our Timaru or Airport stores at the moment.
  • When will my Click & Collect order be ready to collect?
  • Once you have received a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is ready to pickup during store hours.
    Please wait for this email before you come in to collect your order, to avoid disappointment.
  • How do I collect my order?
  • Bring your 'Ready to Collect' email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone - and proceed to Customer Services, Lower Ground Floor, Ballantynes Christchurch. Unfortunately, Click & Collect is not available from our Timaru or Airport stores.
  • I can't make the collection date?
  • Your order will be available for 7 days after the 'Ready to Collect' email has been sent. If not collected after this time, you will be contacted and if not reachable or the goods are no longer required, the order will be canceled, refunded and returned to stock.
  • I can't collect my order myself - can someone else collect it for me?
  • Yes - they will need to show a copy of your 'Ready to Collect' email, either printed or displayed on a phone.
