Ballantynes makes shopping online easy with two delivery options: either courier delivery or Click & Collect.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a complimentary service that you can select when you order online. You collect your order once you have received your “ready to collect” email, usually within 24 hours, from Ballantynes Christchurch.
How it works
Are all online products available for Click & Collect?
- Yes unless marked 'in-store only.'
Where can I pickup my Click & Collect order?
- From the Customer Services counter, Lower Ground Floor, Ballantynes Christchurch, during store hours.
- Unfortunately we do not offer Click & Collect from our Timaru or Airport stores at the moment.
When will my Click & Collect order be ready to collect?
- Once you have received a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is ready to pickup. Please wait for this 'Ready to Collect' email before you come in to collect your order, to avoid disappointment. Your order is available for collection during store hours.
How do I collect my order?
- Bring your 'Ready to Collect' email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone - and proceed to Customer Services, Lower Ground Floor, Ballantynes Christchurch. Note - Click & Collect is not available from our Timaru or Airport stores.
I can't make the collection date?
- Your order will be available for 7 days after the 'Ready to Collect' email has been sent. If not collected after this time, the buyer will be contacted and if not reachable or no longer required, the order will be canceled, refunded and returned to stock.
I can't collect my order myself - can someone else collect it for me?
- Yes - they will need to show a copy of your 'Ready to Collect' email, either printed or displayed on a phone.

Your order can be delivered anywhere in New Zealand by courier for a flat fee.
New Zealand Delivery - $5 within the Christchurch Delivery Area and $10 Nationwide
- * we do not currently offer international delivery through the website, however we can assist you. Please phone Customer Service on 0800 184 000 (NZ) or 64 3 379 7400 (Overseas) if you wish to arrange this
- * the majority of orders are delivered by NZ Couriers, are trackable and must be signed for
- * orders that include flammable goods (eg perfume) for delivery to the North Island are ground-delivery only and may take 2-3 days longer
