Christmas Customer Evening Terms & Conditions

A General Terms

  1. Competition not open to Ballantynes stakeholders, staff or family.
  2. Entrants are only eligible to win one gift card on the night.
  3. Prize not redeemable for cash.
  4. Winner must have registered online or through Customer Services BEFORE 5pm Tuesday 1st November, make a purchase and be instore at the time of the draw to claim their prize.
  5. One winner will be drawn every 30mins Christchurch starting at 6pm. Winners will have 30mins to claim their prize instore. If that prize is not claimed another winner will be drawn at the next announcement.
  6. The Timaru $1000 gift card will be drawn at 7.30pm.
  7. Winners will need to show a valid photo id to claim their prize. You may not claim a prize on behalf of a winner.
  8. Standard gift card conditions apply.
  9. Account balance or layby payments do not qualify. You can enter as many times as you like, as long as the conditions of entry are met. Instore entries must be accompanied by the receipt docket number— this will be provided on the night.

B Acceptance

  1. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. By Participating in this event the entrant agrees that all information provided is true and accurate and that no misleading information has been provided to Ballantynes at any point during the promotion.
  3. By Participating in this Promotion the entrant agrees to Ballantynes Marketing them and their product purely for the purposes of this promotion and future promotions.
  4. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions, their eligibility to win will be forfeited.
